This isn’t just another mindfulness practice—it’s a powerful somatic journey, using intentional breath to move energy, regulate your nervous system, and release what’s been weighing you down. Through guided breathwork, meditation, and reflective prompts, you’ll cultivate resilience, clarity, and deep emotional release, all while being supported in a warm, welcoming community.

  • Six 75-minute live virtual breathwork sessions (held Thursdays at 7:45 PM PST)

What to Expect from This Practice

Each session follows a structured flow, designed to meet you where you are and guide you deeper into self-exploration and emotional release. You’ll experience:

Weekly Themes & Journey Overview

Each week builds on the last, taking you deeper into self-awareness, healing, and renewal.

Week 1: Setting Intentions & Creating Space

We begin by anchoring into our intentions—what are you calling in for yourself? Through breath and reflection, you’ll create space in your mind, body, and heart for what’s to come.

Week 2: Presence & Stillness

So often, we’re stuck in “what’s next?” mode. This session brings you back into your body, into the now. You’ll cultivate deep presence, quiet the mental chatter, and reconnect with your breath as an anchor.

Week 3: Self-Compassion & Inner Healing

Many of us are our own harshest critics. This week focuses on softening—releasing self-judgment and offering yourself the kindness and understanding you deserve.

Week 4: Inner Strength & Trusting Yourself

Resilience doesn’t mean pushing through—it means trusting yourself enough to surrender. This session focuses on rooting into your strength, self-trust, and personal power.

Week 5: Release & Letting Go

What are you still carrying that no longer serves you? Old stories, limiting beliefs, past hurts? This breathwork journey will help you release, clear, and make space for new energy.

Week 6: Embodiment & Integration

The final session ties everything together, bringing you into wholeness and embodiment. You’ll leave feeling grounded, aligned, and deeply connected to yourself.
